Land Development Project Manager (PE)
About the role
This role combines design, project management, and client leadership, giving you the opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and help grow our presence in Utah (Salt Lake City or Lehi Office).
Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from concept through construction
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance
- Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D
- Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships
- Mentor team members and support business development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-10+ years of land development experience
- PE license required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
