What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide project management assistance for various land development projects, including client coordination and contract negotiation
  • Supervise CAD designers and coordinate with other departments, agencies, and professionals
  • Oversee permit technicians to ensure timely completion of permit applications
  • Conduct construction observations, prepare field reports, and witness critical tasks during construction
  • Communicate and coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and permitting agencies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in land development projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for plan drafting
  • Excellent driving record and valid driver's license
