Job Description Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is looking for a Project Manager to support our mission in Kirtland Airforce Base, NM. To plans, directs, and oversees contract performance for mission-support operations at Kirtland AFB. Serves as the primary interface with the customer and corporate leadership; manages staffing, schedule, cost, risk, quality, deliverables, and subcontractor coordination; monitors performance metrics and compliance; resolves operational issues; and ensures contractual requirements are met safely, securely, and on schedule. Manages the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
