Project Manager IRIS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Cook up activities across business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract deliverables, and issue escalation.
• Lead stakeholder communication, organizational change management, and user adoption efforts.
• Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Foster collaboration and high-performing project teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Project Management certification preferred.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years managing complex IT projects.
• Proven success leading multiple projects delivered on time and within budget.
• Experience managing technology modernization and legacy system migration initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Expertise in risk, issue, vendor, contract, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project governance, quality assurance, testing, and organizational change management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT modernization projects.
• Experience implementing enterprise healthcare, case management, CRM, or data management platforms.
• Experience with EHR integrations, data interfaces, and regulated technology environments.
