Responsibilities
- Manage interesting projects across a wide array of markets.
- Opportunities for Advancement within Winter's SPACES.
- Based in Atlanta & love building in and around our city.
- Manage commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
- Experience in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal.
- Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.
Requirements
- Background in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal.
- Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction project management.
- Experience with project scheduling software and subcontractor relations.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
