Responsibilities

  • Manage interesting projects across a wide array of markets.
  • Opportunities for Advancement within Winter's SPACES.
  • Based in Atlanta & love building in and around our city.
  • Manage commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
  • Experience in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal.
  • Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.

Requirements

  • Background in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal.
  • Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience with project scheduling software and subcontractor relations.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
