Project Manager - Inside Wiring - Michels Power, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects over $500K and up to $20M.
• Ensure all aspects of project success, from proposal/bidding to client satisfaction and job completion.
• Accountable for safety performance and meeting clients' expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 4-7+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera P6, Unifier, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, field personnel, and customers.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company by embracing evolving responsibilities and technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Heavy Construction Electrical and Inside Wiring.

Pay

• Minimum: $100,000 USD
• Maximum: $154,000 USD
