Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases
- Manage industrial electrical and inside wiring scopes, including:
- Middle and low-voltage systems
- Electrical distribution and equipment installation
- Cable routing, terminations, and system integration
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Oversee field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Track and manage project costs, forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics
- Cook up with engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure successful execution
- Promote and reinforce Michels' safety-first culture across all project activities
- Lead project closeout, commissioning coordination, and turnover activities

- 4–7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within industrial electrical or inside wiring projects
- Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, Unifier, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel and support long-term, onsite project assignments
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and ability to grow within a dynamic organization
- Direct experience in heavy industrial electrical construction and inside wiring systems
- Experience managing medium-voltage and mission-critical electrical projects
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and system turnover
- Background working in industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments
