Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex enterprise initiatives, potentially overseeing multiple complex efforts concurrently as appropriate to organizational priorities, while maintaining delivery rigor, governance discipline, and stakeholder alignment across all assigned initiatives.
- Rigorously manage project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Anticipate delivery risks and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation strategies and informed decision-making.
- Identify, manage, and influence resolution of cross-project dependencies and enterprise-level delivery risks across impacted teams and initiatives.
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding activities, ensuring alignment of scope, commercial terms, risk allocation, and delivery expectations in partnership with IT leadership, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Apply, rigorously adhere to, and reinforce the Project Management Methodology (PMM), ensuring consistent governance, documentation, and reporting across complex initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and sponsors, leading executive-level steering committees and structured working sessions, producing documented decisions, defined outcomes, and clear risk tradeoffs to enable informed leadership action.
- Partner with business and change management leaders to assess organizational impact and readiness, and determine training, communication, and adoption activities for large-scale operational changes.
- Lead and oversee project closeout activities, including confirmation of delivered outcomes, transition to sustainment, and handoff of benefit tracking or operational ownership as appropriate.
- Provide mentorship, delivery oversight, and structured coaching to project managers, supporting capability development, quality standards, and alignment to EPMO delivery expectations.
- Influence and shape EPMO delivery standards, tools, and governance practices actively to strengthen organizational project management maturity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years of progressive project management experience delivering large, complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years using Microsoft Project or project portfolio management (PPM) tools, such as Daptiv PPM or Clarity PPM.
- 4+ years of leading third-party vendor software implementations and migrations.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Skills
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgment in managing complex and high-risk initiatives.
- Uphold project governance standards across highly visible and high-impact initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices, including PMI PMBOK and industry best practices such as SDLC.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects using plan-driven (waterfall) and hybrid delivery approaches, including phase-based implementations, formal testing cycles, and phase gate governance.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Teams, and Visio.
- Advanced experience working within a project portfolio environment, including idea intake and evaluation, portfolio-level strategic prioritization, phase-gate governance, and managing resource allocation and time tracking.
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight on complex initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management and facilitation skills, adept at leading productive meetings and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor project managers and influence delivery practices across the organization.
- Advanced experience with vendor contracts and statements of work (SOWs).
- Advanced experience in user and data migration, third-party system integrations, and ensuring alignment between vendor deliverables, internal technical teams, and project timelines.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and support organizational change, including digital transformation initiatives that modernize technologies, processes, and ways of working.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
