IT Project Manager III

3-month contract onsite in Louisville, KY. Not open to third-party C2C consultants; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
• Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
• Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
• Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets.
• Focuses on IT projects and initiatives.

Requires excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Requirements

• PMP certification
• Experience in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance IT projects
• Strong background in leading large enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll
• Ability to work across multiple projects

Pay

$53.62 - $58.62 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on skills and experience levels.
