Project Manager III | Full-Time | Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager III to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will guide complex enterprise IT projects from planning through execution, with a strong focus on scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder alignment. The right candidate will coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep initiatives moving forward in a dynamic environment. Success in this position will come from clear communication, disciplined project controls, and the ability to turn technical and functional details into actionable updates for leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders Create and execute project plans, revising them as needed Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project execution Manage project risks, issues, and changes Develop and manage project budgets Establish project KPIs and metrics Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field 4-6+ years of experience in enterprise IT project management Proven track record of developing and executing complex project plans Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in project management software, ideally Smartsheet Ability to present technical and functional information concisely Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and timelines Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan with matching Paid Time Off including vacation, sick days, and 11 holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
