About the role

FYI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate position classification, staffing, and recruitment advisory services in support of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), U.S. Department of Justice. The Project Manager serves as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and has full authority to act and make decisions on behalf of the contractor. Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all services performed under the task order
  • Act as the central point of contact with the COR
  • Allocate and manage contractor resources to conduct the work
  • Ensure the content of status reports is timely and accurate
  • Ensure compliance with DOJ/EOUSA policies, USA Staffing procedures, and applicable federal regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience handling personnel issues, specializing in classification and position management, staffing, recruitment, and retention
  • Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
  • Familiarity with USA Staffing and federal hiring authorities preferred
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation for the duration of the contract
