Project Manager III
About the role
AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager III in Ausin, TX. This role involves managing one or more very complex projects, working closely with clients, preparing RFQ documents, and participating in proposal reviews.
Responsibilities
- Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
- Manages other Project Managers.
- Works closely with the Owner through the pre-construction phase.
- Works with the Owner to prepare the RFQ documents.
- Participates in confidential meetings and conceptual proposal reviews.
- Participates in the proposal review process and interviews.
- Assists with the review and scoring of potential Progressive DB teams.
- Assists in the selection of the most qualified Progressive Design Build Entity.
- Works with the Owner and DBE to develop the program and design criteria while staying within budget and schedule.
- Verifies the budget and schedule for the design-build phase of the project.
Qualifications
- BA/BS plus + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Prior bond management experience is preferred.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 per year.
