About the role
The Project Manager II/III will lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring project scope, quality, and schedule are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
