About the role

The Project Manager II/III will lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring project scope, quality, and schedule are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
