Project Manager II, Facilities Management

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager II, Facilities Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee small healthcare construction and facilities projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with operational needs. The position will coordinate design and construction activities, manage consultant and contractor relationships, and help maintain effective project controls. It also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and affiliates to support safe, compliant, and well-executed project delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $106,746 – $160,118 annually Responsibilities Represent the organization on design and construction projects Coordinate and monitor design and construction activities Administer consultant and construction agreements Deliver small projects on time and within budget Manage relationships with internal affiliates and stakeholders Report on project controls in accordance with established procedures Assess risks to project scope, budget, and schedule Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted 2 years of recent relevant experience in project management Familiarity with Lean Construction principles and tools such as the Last Planner System and Bluebeam Ability to create reliable cost estimates and schedules for small projects Knowledge of health care construction codes and regulations Understanding of state and local building approval processes Strong communication and client relationship management skills Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
