Facilities Project Manager II

Role Overview This position involves providing professional engineering and architectural oversight, managing construction procurement, and overseeing real property assets within a healthcare environment. The candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, collaborate with local and state authorities, and serve as the Owner’s real property steward for buildings, development, and sustainment activities. Responsibilities include assisting with master planning, facility evaluations, equipment planning, and procurement, as well as leading medium-risk projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. The role requires leading project teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and advising senior leadership on project progress. The incumbent will develop budgets, schedules, and implementation plans, address user needs during design and construction, and handle crisis or off-hours oversight when necessary. They will also stay current with industry practices, technology, and project delivery methods. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 10 years’ experience managing design and construction phases, with a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of project delivery systems, contracting, and estimating.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate contracts, and lead diverse teams.Professional licensure preferred; PMP certification encouraged.Valid driver’s license required.
