Project Manager II

About the role

The ideal candidate will excel in managing key project elements such as scope, cost, schedule, and staffing, while coordinating with external vendors and overseeing contractual commitments. You will thoroughly review technical documents, respond to project inquiries, and closely monitor costs and progress. Additionally, you will efficiently manage all project resources and costs, including staff, contractors, and budgets, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to establish project scope and objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years' project management experience in building automation or HVAC systems and energy management initiatives
• Associate degree
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry
• Strong computer skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License
• Government badge may be required for most sites; must be prepared to pass an extensive background check
