Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead and support strategic initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Cook up cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Translate project objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support product launch and operational improvement initiatives as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop contingency plans to address project challenges and changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and business systems.
