Responsibilities
- Create timelines and track trial implementation progress for financial, contractual, regulatory, and clinical activities.
- Serve as project/study liaison, representing the project/study to other Center departments, funding sources, affiliated individuals or institutions, and outside organizations.
- Lead cross-functional teams and track action items and deliverables.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Triage project issues and ensure solutions are implemented.
- Cook up and maintain strong working relationships with faculty members, project sponsors, research administration, administrative departments and peers.
- Manage multiple projects of varying size as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of five years post-master's or seven years post-bachelors related project/study management experience in a research setting.
- Grant and contract experience.
- Strong supervisory skills and budgeting experience.
