As a Project Manager II, you’ll lead client projects from planning through installation—working across teams, managing details, and ensuring every project runs smoothly. You’ll be at the center of communication, coordination, and execution, delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do

- Own project execution from kickoff through installation—not just pieces of it
- Lead project planning, including timelines, milestones, and key decision points
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing expectations and communication
- Drive progress by anticipating issues, making decisions, and keeping projects moving forward
- Manage multiple active projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and workload
- Cookordination cross-functional teams (design, sales, field, vendors) to ensure alignment
- Take accountability for project outcomes, including timelines, client experience, and budget alignment
- Ensure all documentation, updates, and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree––preferably in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management
- Experience: Three or more years of experience in account management or project management preferred
- Driver's License: Valid state issued driver's license required
