Project Manager I (contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external TIM-related project activities to support global platform operations.
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders, including Research Excellence and Execution (REE), Operational Planning and Capacity Management, Finance, Procurement, and Digital Services, to ensure efficient platform operations.
• Support business processes such as contracting, CDAs, and budget planning.
• Aid in global platform metrics, reporting, and project tracking.
• Compile and prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, tables, analyses, and scientific manuscript reviews.
• Support IACUC Office functions, including protocol reviews, internal inspections, database entry, policy and procedure reviews, IACUC meetings, regulatory report reviews, and other related activities.
• Support the Animal Welfare Assessment Core Team by managing the Contract Research Organization (CRO) database.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, Smartsheet, and other data management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of preclinical human-based laboratory models is preferred.
