Project Manager I

Core responsibilities

• Develop work plans, schedule activities, manage timelines
• Facilitate staff training and education
• Organize site and/or section-based initiatives
• Work with leaders on project strategy
• Design workflows
• Making programmatic recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently are required
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, i.e., Excel, Power Point, and Word, is necessary; experience with MS Project and Vizio is desirable
• Previous project management experience and/or PMP certification is preferred
