Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement planning efforts, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Cook up procurement strategies and coordinate with internal teams to execute them.
- Manage procurement execution from solicitation to contract award, ensuring timeliness, compliance and efficiency.
- Meet procurement timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proper implementation of procurement methods and best practices.
- Facilitate bid openings, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Identify and resolve procurement challenges in collaboration with procurement leadership, legal and compliance teams.
- Support process improvements and policy recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on procurement processes and requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in procurement, project management, contract administration, or strategic sourcing.
- PREFERRED: Public Procurement experience preferred. Master’s degree, professional certifications (CPPO, CPPB, PMP), and experience with eProcurement systems or ERP software.
