Responsibilities
- Aids in preparation and administration of the project safety plan
- Aids in project controls and procedures, and manages established risk mitigation processes
- Aids in creating and following through on potential change items and participating in verification of project financial forecast
- Aids in creating and managing a project-specific quality plan aligned with the owner contract and contract documents and assisting with execution
- Aids in creating and managing a closeout plan in alignment with the contract documents and assisting with execution
- Aids in directing and supervising work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities
- Aids in subcontracting strategy, supporting scope writing and deliverables to ensure the integrity of the buyout process
- Aids in implementing and enforcing all aspects of contracts; participating in developing risk mitigation plan; preparing draft contracts, agreements, and purchase orders
- Aids in participating in enrollment for insurance and bonds; tracking and obtaining trade contractors’ compliance
- Aids in providing support as needed to develop project estimate, design coordination efforts, and preparation of GMPP
- Aids in preparing monthly schedule updates, including schedule analysis, and narratives for select packages
- Aids in assisting constructability and coordination reviews
- Aids in developing a basic understanding of the local market areas and profiles to assist in creation of networking strategy
- Aids in training direct reports on processes, procedures, and completion of daily tasks
- Aids in managing workload and performance of direct reports, ensuring alignment with overall company standards
- Aids in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to motivate and engage team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4-7 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Strong technical and communication skills are critical
- Knowledge of industry standard software, Microsoft Office (preferred)

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Massachusetts, this ranges from $111,000-$140,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
