Summary of Primary Functions
We manage projects from sale to closeout to ensure customer requirements and business goals are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all safety and quality rules and processes to maintain a safe work environment and produce high-quality products.
- Maintain regular communication with all relevant parties to ensure project plans are being met.
- Create and maintain project schedules based on customer requirements and input from functional areas.
- Understand customer needs as outlined in Tindall's proposal and negotiate and execute change orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and monitor for changes requiring change orders.
- Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans for project success.
- Affect all communication with customers in a clear and timely manner to protect the company's interests.
- Affirmatively update and archive project files after each project concludes.
- Aid in securing project-specific information or materials to maintain production and field schedules.
- Convene post-mortem meetings to review projects with appropriate functional areas and identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions.
Job Specifications Or Qualifications
- Education: College degree (4-year) in Engineering, Construction, or Business or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5 (+) years with exposure to engineering and/or operations.
