Principal/Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Estimating
- Correspondence and negotiations with client
- Subcontract and purchase order preparation and approval
- Job cost reviews
- Cost forecast reviews
- Change order and claim preparation
- S/M/W/DBE selection, auditing, and compliance
- Scheduling oversight
- Invoice approval
- Site staff personnel management
- Control estimate preparation
- Monitoring of compliance with quality and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience preferably in heavy highway civil construction
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering or similar degree
- PREFERRED: Experience with software such as Heavyjob, HeavyBid, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM, and Fieldwire
Compensation Range
$130,000- $180,000
