About the role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage a variety of construction projects (typically up to $5M).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Account Manager for assigned clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage projects up to $5M with minimal direction from Senior PM; maintain overall responsibility for project Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Prepare estimates and budgets; support bidding, subcontractor coordination, and materials procurement.
- Develop and maintain master project schedules and ensure milestones, resource allocation and deadlines are met.
- Maintain and manage action items, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Cook up and lead pre-construction, progress, and site meetings; make periodic site visits to monitor work and resolve field issues.
- Provide project information and technical support to superintendents; assist in problem resolution and client communications.
- Track job costs, review/approve invoices, manage vendor payments, and control expenditures against budget.
- Ensure timely processing of submittals and change orders to avoid schedule delays.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations on projects; support quality control and compliance efforts.
- Absorb and provide project information and technical support to superintendents; assist in problem resolution and client communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success and company objectives.
