Project Manager - High End Residential - Boston, MA

Job Description

Lead 1-2 luxury residential projects from precon through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, takeoffs, and estimates
Work closely with Superintendents, subs, and internal teams (4-5 per job)
Maintain strong client relationships; act as primary point of contact
Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change orders
Ensure quality, safety, and project delivery aligned to high-end standards
Collaborate across teams using Microsoft Office & Bluebeam
Take a hands-on approach in all phases of construction

Requirements

Experience managing custom homes, brownstones, or high-end renovations
Proven tenure - seeking candidates committed to long-term growth
Strong client-facing presence and communication skills
Hard-working, eager to learn, and highly detail-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple project functions end-to-end
Local to MetroWest, Cape Cod, or surrounding areas
