Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile industrial and commercial projects
• Deliver industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, processing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or other complex commercial projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating field operations and subcontractor performance
• Provide project financial management, including cost forecasting, change orders, contract administration, and risk management
• Lead project teams and communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and industry safety standards
• Build and maintain strong safety cultures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within heavy industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or large-scale construction environments
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Strong background in project financial management, including cost forecasting, change orders, contract administration, and risk management
• Experience with project financial management, including cost forecasting, change orders, contract administration, and risk management
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and industry safety standards
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms is preferred
• OSHA safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required

Qualifications
