Project Manager -Heavy Civil Construction

About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and budgets
• Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Resolve issues and conflicts in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
