About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project quality and compliance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Monitor construction progress and address any challenges promptly.
- Ensure all projects meet healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Lead project meetings and foster effective collaboration among team members.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience managing construction projects in the healthcare sector (5+ years).
