This role is with a top general contractor in the Southeast market expanding their Healthcare Team. The position involves managing large ground-up healthcare construction projects and offers an incredible compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare construction industry.
  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, including AHCA, hospital construction, ground-up construction, healthcare renovation, and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

$95,000 - $150,000 per year.
