Responsibilities
- Lead Projects from Start to Finish
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Partner with Superintendents to successfully deliver complex occupied healthcare renovations.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, and project financials.
- Build Strong Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Lead progress meetings and communicate proactively with clients and project teams.
- Help identify future opportunities by building long-term client relationships.
- Lead and Develop People
- Coach and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across every project.
- Promote a culture where safety, quality, and teamwork come first.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, quality control, and safety programs.
- Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technologies to effectively manage project execution.
- Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of commercial construction experience with at least 3-4 years managing healthcare or other complex occupied renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, contracts, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing subcontractors, owner relationships, and multiple project stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of AIA contracts, GMP projects, construction sequencing, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- PMP, CHC, and LEED credentials are a plus.
- A collaborative leader with exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
