Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary

Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success.

Responsibilities

• Captures project scope and coordinates a team and project resources from initiation to closeout.
• Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Ensures project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Maintains financial acumen by monitoring and managing the financials of multiple projects simultaneously through budget creation, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and revenue generation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
