About the role
This Project Manager position is based in Philadelphia. We are a general contractor and construction management firm headquartered in Greater Philadelphia. Since our founding in the early 2000s, we’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across diverse sectors—including cultural institutions, healthcare, education, and corporate interiors.
Responsibilities
- Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, office space, and general commercial projects
- Experience managing project budgets up to $20M as well as project schedules
- Professional communication and attitude
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
- Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
