• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction, including work with large-scale general contractors and complex healthcare or institutional projects.
• Proven background in business development, client relations, and sales strategy within the construction industry.
• Extensive experience in estimating, field operations, superintendent leadership, and project management on commercial, mission critical, and healthcare construction projects.
• Strong passion for construction with a commitment to quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
• Skilled in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven professional with strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated approach.
• Effective in gathering, presenting, and communicating information across multiple departments and leadership levels.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, delegating responsibilities, and driving accountability.
