Project Manager – Healthcare Construction Join Our Growing Team Our client is a well-established general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in healthcare construction. If you have a track record of successfully managing healthcare renovation or ground-up projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare facility staff.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements (ICRA), and life safety standards.Conduct project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Prepare and review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor.Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction projects in occupied hospital or medical environments.Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations, AHCA/JCAHO requirements, and infection prevention protocols is highly preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
