Project Manager - Haas Group

At Haas Group, our Project Managers are the driving force behind successful projects and exceptional customer service. As the primary point of contact, you'll lead projects from planning through completion while building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful results.

This position is hired through Haas Group, with placement into one of our operating companies based on your experience, strengths, and business needs. Project Managers may be assigned to HME, Topeka Foundry Commercial Door, Topeka Foundry & Iron Works, or Peak to Peak.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of each project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, purchasing, production, and field teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and overall project performance.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing risk and maintaining profitability.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates clearly with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and project records.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering quality results.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred.
• General understanding of project budgeting and financial management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software preferred.
