Pitch & Proposal Management
Capture the end-to-end process for client pitches and business proposals. Gather internal resources, assign tasks, and compile materials to ensure timely delivery of winning presentations.
Knowledge & Asset Management
Organize, maintain, and audit the department’s repository of case studies, pitch decks, and templates to ensure the team has instant access to up-to-date, client-ready materials.
Market Analysis & Insights
Support growth decisions by coordinating research and analysis of new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Strategic Collaboration
Participate actively in strategic discussions regarding new business directions and product development pathways, taking actionable notes and driving next steps.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the connective tissue between the US Product Head and internal teams (creative, data, strategy) to ensure project milestones are met.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, account management, or growth marketing (agency or tech environment is a plus).
- Location: US-based. Miami, FL is highly preferred (hybrid/local), but we are open to remote candidates in other major US cities.
- Educational/Communication: Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you will be proofreading pitches and client-facing decks.
- Industry Passion: A deep interest in and up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing, creator economy trends, and digital platforms.
- AI Literacy & Leverage: Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or platform-native AI features) to accelerate workflows, draft content, summarize market research, or streamline presentation building.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets). Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Notion) is a major plus.
