Product Manager, Growth
About the role
Kalshi is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of key growth levers across the platform's Predictions and Perps features. This individual will be responsible for enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative referral and incentive strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall user growth.
- Design, launch, and optimize growth experiments to drive measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior and growth funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and iterate on referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms that increase user participation and lifetime value.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of Product Management experience.
- 2-4 years of dedicated Growth Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated success driving meaningful growth outcomes at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make product decisions.
- Experience running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
- Passionate about prediction markets and their potential to bring more truth to the world.
- Understanding of financial markets and how they function.
- Experience with product management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and strategies.
