Project Manager, Graphics Production

Job Title: Project Manager, Graphics ProductionLocation: Los Angeles, California - Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Graphics Production Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of graphics production for a large-scale creative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting theme parks, museums, exhibitions, or themed entertainment projects, with a strong background in creative production coordination, print vendor management, and project tracking. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the internal creative team and external print production vendors, ensuring all graphics move efficiently from creative review and approval through printing and final delivery. ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end graphics production lifecycle, from creative review and approval through printing and fabrication handoff.Serve as the primary point of contact between internal creative teams, graphic designers, print vendors, and fabrication partners.Maintain and manage a detailed Excel production tracker, monitoring each graphic through key stages: In Review, Approved, Sent to Printer, and Printed.Coordinate production schedules, deadlines, approvals, revisions, and vendor deliverables.Ensure approved artwork is production-ready and meets technical printing specifications.Oversee large-format print production, including proofs, color accuracy, materials, substrates, and quality control.Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, vendor issues, and scheduling conflicts.Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure graphics are delivered on time.Ensure all graphics meet established creative standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines. Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in creative production project management, graphics production, or exhibit production.Museum, theme park, or themed entertainment production experience is required.Experience managing graphics production from creative approval through printing and delivery.Strong Excel skills for tracking creative assets, production statuses, and deadlines.Experience coordinating print vendors, creative teams, and fabrication partners, with knowledge of large-format printing and production specifications.
