Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of various construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Develop and deliver project budgets, timelines, and work plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Handle contract management duties, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Apply strategic planning to forecast, plan, and coordinate project activities.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven working experience of 3+ years as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
  • 5+ years of glass industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and estimation software.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, and fiscal management.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Pay

$90,000 - $135,000 per year
