About the role
PCI is seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing, Project Manager for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and all assigned projects.
- Create/manage punch lists proactively.
- Understand and be accountable for the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program for assigned projects.
- Prepare RFI’s, submittals and shop drawings.
- Understand and navigate the building systems and their relation to the building process.
- Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
- Absorb and manage labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
- Support the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
- Perform tasks that are safety sensitive.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Construction Management work experience; specifically managing glass and glazing scopes of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.
- Experience with estimating/project management/managing glass and glazing scopes of construction.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, critical think, and problem-solve.
- Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Experience with working with union representatives.
- Local to Denver metro area preferred but not required.

Pay
Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
