Project Manager - FSP

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the project sponsor and organization
• Ensure adherence to established escalation pathways
• Clarify responsibilities for secondary project leads as needed
• Accountable for project delivery in terms of time, cost, quality
• Manage financial aspects and contract stewardship at the project level
• Communicate and manage customer expectations effectively
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant vocational qualification
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines
• Strong project management principles understanding (time, quality, cost)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 annually
