Responsibilities
- Provide overall project leadership and governance, ensuring successful execution of all tasks including workforce demand, supply, gap, and solution development activities.
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and executive expectations.
- Lead client engagement and executive communication, delivering briefings, facilitating decision-making, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee future workforce demand analyses, ensuring alignment to enterprise modernization initiatives, technology trends, and mission priorities.
- Ensure quality and integration of workforce supply assessments and skills inventories, including validation methodologies grounded in IO psychology.
- Provide strategic direction for workforce gap analysis and mission risk assessments, ensuring outputs are actionable and aligned to leadership priorities.
- Guide development of human capital solutions and program roadmaps, including reskilling, recruiting, and organizational alignment strategies.
- Manage risk, scope, budget, and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery of all contract deliverables.
- Oversee organizational alignment and enterprise engagement assessments, ensuring recommendations address governance, structure, and workforce effectiveness.
- Mentor and supervise senior and junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital consulting, or organizational analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements.
- Expertise in workforce demand modeling, supply analysis, and gap assessment methodologies.
- Strong experience developing and delivering executive-level briefings and strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The compensation range provided reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role, with the final offer determined by a variety of factors including skills, experience, and scope of responsibilities.
