Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.
  • Lead interior renovation and buildout projects typically ranging from $1M-$2M.
  • Oversee construction activities within occupied and secure facilities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, project documentation, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish.
  • Experience managing commercial interior construction projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Track record managing projects in the $1M-$2M range.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with government, SCIF, secure, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
