Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.
- Lead interior renovation and buildout projects typically ranging from $1M-$2M.
- Oversee construction activities within occupied and secure facilities.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, project documentation, and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership.
- Partner with field teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
- Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing commercial interior construction projects in fast-paced environments.
- Track record managing projects in the $1M-$2M range.
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience with government, SCIF, secure, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
