TITLE
About the role
The Project Manager-Fabrication position is available in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements
- Manages projects end-to-end from initiation through transfer
- Communicates customer requirements, specifications, timelines, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineering, management, and consultants
- Maintains project plans, documentation, procedures, deliverables, and status reports, including financial tracking and cost control
- Presents technical project updates and progress to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals
- Supports larger programs, mentors junior project managers, and interacts with customers, peers, and management to drive performance and recommend process or policy improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and/or program management on an Industrial/Manufacturing construction environment, working with contractors and suppliers
- Engineering Degree in related field
- Hands-on experience managing projects in manufacturing settings involving powder
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong communications both oral and written in English
- MS Excel advanced
- Ability to collaborate and partner with the business to drive projects to completion in an effective and meaningful way
- Microsoft Project & PMP (preferred)
