Territory Overview
A well-established manufacturer is expanding its sales team across the South. The opportunity is in owning a territory and growing it.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of a defined territory
- Build and expand relationships with commercial roofing contractors and distributors
- Drive new business while maintaining key accounts
- Stay active in the field—job sites, offices, and industry touchpoints
- Manage pipeline and territory performance with consistency

- Background in commercial roofing, building materials, or related products
- Track record of growing a territory and winning work
- Established relationships in your market
- Self-managed, disciplined, and comfortable working independently

Compensation
- Base Salary: $75K – $100K
- Commission + Bonus: $40K – $80K+
