Project Manager/Estimator

Responsibilities

• Providing detailed estimates that incorporate concrete, construction, roadway, and highway operations.
• Managing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives and timelines.
• Creating comprehensive bid summaries, incorporating all project costs and timelines.
• Ensuring all operations comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Implementing and overseeing strict health and safety protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to these standards.
• Utilizing Bid2Win software to streamline the estimating and bidding process.
• Managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in concrete, construction, roadway, and highway operations.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing plant operations.
• Proficiency in creating detailed bid summaries.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• A strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
• Experience with Bid2Win or similar estimating software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on time and within budget.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.

$130,000 - $165,000 per year
