Project Manager/Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for managing projects and estimating costs in the plumbing and heating industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for potential projects
• Schedule, budget, procure, and control quality for projects
• Work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in project management and cost estimation
• Ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating industry practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and cost estimation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
