Project Manager / Estimator
About the role
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for overseeing construction projects from the bidding and preconstruction phases through to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Project Manager/Estimator manages all financial aspects of projects, including estimating, bidding, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and closeouts.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, MN. The role requires daily presence in the office with some expectations of visiting sites for bid meetings. The company has around 100 employees, with a team of 5 Project Managers. The company culture is supportive, privately owned, and offers room for growth. It is a union shop with consistent salaried pay. Employees have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects such as parking ramps at MSP airport, major roundabouts, and the MSP terminal. The position is anticipated to close on Sep 30, 2026.
